Co-taught by Jim Rastall and Ian McGowan, twice a week for three weeks.
Open and suitable for actors of all experience levels, from those just starting out, to veterans of the industry. This is NOT a Foundations in acting, but in how we work specifically at AMAW. A deep dive into an element of the work occurs in each session.
A major shift in your work takes place during these three weeks. It is designed to quickly move you from an actor who “acts” into a person who learns how to truly embody feeling. Learn to stop overthinking, trust your instincts, have fun again, and create from the Art of the “F**k it.”
Completion of the AMAW Foundations Online course means you will be eligible to join either Ongoing or In-Person classes at any AMAW studio around the world.
