Sarah Smyth is a Canadian actress whose passion for storytelling and performance began at a young age. Growing up in Ottawa, she first discovered her love for drama at just nine years old while attending a local summer theatre camp. As a teenager, she began working in small independent films gaining valuable on-set experience and a deep appreciation for the collaborative nature of filmmaking.
Sarah began her professional acting journey in the early 2000s, taking on guest star roles in series such as Big Wolf on Campus and Vampire High. She gained early acclaim portraying Natalie Bouchard in the Canadian series Naked Josh (2004-2006) and later starred for three seasons as Justine Lockhart in Hallmark Channel's Cedar Cove (2013-2015). Sarah furthur showcased her versatility with a recurring role in HBO Canada's dark comedy Call Me Fitz (2013). Most recently she can be seen starring in the Lifetime movie Have You Seen My Son? (2024) and a guest star appearance in the pilot episode of the series High Potential (2024).
